In addition to hosting big fun parties, Ampersand is also a creative and communications team who loves to bring people together and support small businesses through design, PR, and grassroots marketing. From web and graphic design, to video and photography, to marketing and brand consulting, Ampersand Creative Co. strives to help brands look their Sunday best.
WHO WE ARE
Ampersand Creative Co. was founded by BJ Mansuetti and Robin Dionne.
BJ Mansuetti has been building brands through strategic and authentic content development, design, outreach, events, and innovative grassroots marketing programs for fifteen years. He is passionate about helping brands engage with the communities they serve in deeply personalized and meaningful ways, through graphic design, photography, videography, and content strategy. After a career in the music industry and co-founding the New England Americana Festival in Boston, BJ served as Narragansett Beer’s Brand Director for eight years, where he created an Emmy-award winning video series.
Robin Dionne is a communications/brand strategist and an over-thinker, with a big big love of planning big big community gatherings. She has worked with notable brands, state government agencies, non-profit organizations and more, in Rhode Island and beyond.
Together, they are partners in Ampersand Creative Co., which hosts several large-scale community events, including RI VegFest, Little City Thrifty, The Good Trade Makers Market, and GFree Fest. Along with Bianca Gallagher, they are also partners in Inside Voices, a mobile bar service, and Bloom Flower & Home, Rhode Island’s most fun party for plant lovers.
